Meet Emily
I provide counseling for individuals navigating anxiety, panic disorders, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief and loss, and personal growth.

I specialize in supporting individuals and family members navigating the emotional challenges that can come with complex medical conditions. With over 7 years of experience working in acute care hospital settings, I have supported individuals and caregivers through some of life’s most difficult and uncertain moments. Whether you are adjusting to life after an accident, coping with a new diagnosis, navigating treatment, or supporting a loved one through illness, I understand how overwhelming it can feel when life suddenly looks different than you expected. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can process what you’re experiencing, find ways to cope with the uncertainty, and feel supported as you navigate what comes next.
Â
My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward in a way that feels meaningful to you.
